Only quality ingredients and free-range pork are used to create their artisan free-range salamis and chorizo. All are made by hand and then air dried for up to 5 weeks until they are ready to eat.

The salami’s and chorizo’s are wonderful eaten as a tasty snack on their own, in a sandwich and to add deep flavours to cooked dishes. Authentic, good quality herbs and spices are used in the making process which add further depth to the already delicious aromas. Fused with Croome Cuisines cheese, you’ll have a flavour sensation on your hands.
Severn Spots love experimenting with flavours along with the traditional. In the coming months we’ll be offering Blueberry, Walnut and Truffle Salamis to get your taste buds tingling.
High animal welfare standards are very important to Severn spots. Therefore, they only use one quality pork supplier, Packington Pork, who are a RSPCA accredited farm – all of their pigs are free-range and oinking.
