Fladbury Pies and Sausages

Simon began his working life as a electronic engineer but his love of food changed his direction. He began his devotion to good food in Cape Town, South Africa where he was worked as a chef at a number of restaurants in that lovely part of the world.

He returned to the UK in 2000 and continued in the restaurant trade, always looking for different ways to make good food even better. Growing up in Worcestershire, he returned eventually to his home village Fladbury.

This sleepy location has had a butcher shop for an estimated 150 years, always known for its good produce. A once in a lifetime opportunity came almost 10 years ago when the then owner wanted to retire and offered Simon the business.

The award-winning Pork Pies are still produced to an original and well-guarded recipe. However, there is also a range of hot eating pies and sausages. The tradition of the highest quality products, using the very best ingredients continues.
